Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten hairbrush promptly, but the staff also constantly checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. the location was perfect - close to retail parks, supermarkets, and local pubs, making my stay convenient and enjoyable. I can't recommend this hotel enough for its top-notch service and ideal location.
